Privacy policy
JWalkerLaw, LLC operates FirstClassAction.com. This policy explains how information submitted through the website is handled. Effective October 8, 2026.
Information we receive
If you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact details, state, company or product information, incident description, and answers to investigation-specific questions you provide. We record the submission date, source page, and consent statement. Limited technical information may be processed by the hosting platform to operate and protect the site. The intake system uses short-lived, hashed identifiers and request counts to limit abusive submissions.
How information is used
We use submissions to evaluate potential matters, respond to inquiries, maintain intake records, and protect the website. Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please limit your initial inquiry to the information needed for review.
Access and service providers
Intake records are stored in a restricted attorney workspace hosted through OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Authorized firm personnel and service providers supporting hosting and communications may process information as needed for those services. When enabled, staff email and text alerts report that an inquiry arrived without including the consumer’s name or case details. We may involve collaborating attorneys in evaluating or handling a matter, subject to applicable professional obligations.
No advertising tracking
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, behavioral profiling, remarketing, or cross-site tracking. The hosting and sign-in systems may use technical cookies necessary for authentication, security, and site operation.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed to evaluate and handle inquiries, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, contact intake@firstclassaction.com. We may need to verify your identity, and legal or professional obligations may limit a requested deletion.
Security and sensitive information
Access to the attorney workspace is restricted, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, complete financial-account numbers, or unredacted medical records through this form.

Communication choices and SMS consent
We record the communication choices you make when submitting an inquiry, together with the date, source page, disclosure wording, and disclosure version. Email/call consent and SMS consent are separate and optional. These choices help us respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, communicate about your legal matter.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers supporting email, calls, and text delivery may process the contact information needed to provide those services. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or contact intake@firstclassaction.com to withdraw consent. See our SMS Terms and Conditions.
